With the clear touchscreen display you can choose from various coffee specialties, such as a flat white. The smart espresso machine grinds just enough coffee that ends up directly in the portafilter. The machine then tamps the coffee with the correct pressure. Place the stainless steel jug with milk under the steam wand so that it heats and froths the milk to the right temperature. The double boiler ensures extra fast heating of the brew group and the steam pipe. During the brewing process, the built-in PID temperature controller ensures that the brewing temperature remains constant. This way you can be sure that the flat white will taste good.
